brynium protocol
i. bry tokens are not required to build the brynium platform, which has been fully developed, fully functional and will be made operational immediately upon its launch and before any of the bry tokens are made available;
ii. brys will be immediately usable for their intended purpose [access to IP play] at the time of their release;
iii. brynium will implement technological and contractual provisions governing the bry tokens and the brynium platform that govern the transfer of brys to brynium or to wallets on the brynium platform;
iv. players will only be able to transfer brys from their brynium hot wallets for Play to addresses of Developers with Approved Accounts or to brynium in connection with Participating IP Play;
v. only Accredited Developers and Accredited Inventors with Approved Accounts will be capable of exchanging brys for ETH [or EOS] at predetermined exchange rates by transferring their brys to the brynium smart contract;
vi. to create an Approved Account, Developers and Inventors will be subject to KYC / AML checks at account initiation as well as on an ongoing basis;
vii. bry supply stream will be continuously available to all players in unlimited quantities at the preset price level without volatility;
viii. there will be a correlation between the price of bry and the market price of accessing and interacting within Participating Plays; and
ix. brys are accessible to players solely for consumptive use as a means of accessing and interacting within Participating Plays.
